Front Sight Weapons Training Acacemy

I have mentioned Front Sight on my Colorado Chapter Website before, but not here in my blog. I have done a lot of research on the different weapons training schools, because when my back is better I want to attend one. I love shooting any kind of weapon and I have always loved shooting pistols in particular. I have had weapons training while in the US Army in the late '70's, but since my dad passed away in 1986 I haven't really gone shooting much, and I haven't gone hunting at all. I really miss having my dad around, we used to do a lot of that kind of stuff together. I plan to join Front Sight as a member in the next year or so and I plan to attend classes there as soon as my back is able to take it. I am going to work on learning to shoot out of my wheel chair with my 45acp. Presenting from a sitting position should be a real challenge! I have been working on getting my electric wheel chair approved since September and it has finally been approved! Hopefully I will have it before the middle of February! Since my last surgery in January of 2007, when I walk very much, the numbness in my left leg gets worse and worse. I should have stopped at 3 back surgeries instead of 4!
